The Aviator is a sleek 169 bedroom hotel built on the site of the former RAF Officers Mess and inspired by Farnborough’s aviation history.
TREND automatic controls are located in five storey Plant Rooms, at each end of the building, and serve ventilation and domestic systems.
Each of the nine Conference Rooms is individually controlled via Variable Air Volume Boxes and Air Conditioning, with operation remotely controlled at the Conference Reception. This ensures that unoccupied rooms revert to a set‐back temperature and ventilation rate, to minimise energy consumption.
