Two new three-storey buildings along with an Energy Centre provide Ericsson with premium office and R&D Facilities.
Building One comprises office space with Meetings Rooms, Ancillary Rooms and Canteen with Building Two comprising of a Research and Development Facility along with equipment racks and office space.
The mission-critical nature of the R&D Building required comprehensive controls for the building services, including TREND IQ3 Controllers for Main Plant, IQ2 Controllers for Active Floor Grilles and IQL Controllers for Fan Coil Units.
Both the heating and cooling systems employ energy efficient variable-volume strategies, with emitters regulated by Pressure Independent Control Valves.
